Sell a property

So that the visit of your property turns into a successful transaction: From our first meeting to the sale of your property, I will make every effort to enhance the value of your property, in close collaboration with you:

  • Taking charge of the file: evaluation of the strong and weak points of the property in order to emphasize its assets;
  • From a technical point of view: attention paid to the quality of the property (structural quality of the buildings, presence of asbestos, energy performance, sanitation, etc.), in particular with the support of the Technical Diagnostic Report (DDT);
  • Valuation of the selling price : estimate made thanks to a global knowledge of the current market;
  • Creation of the presentation file: between textual reaction and selection of shots (especially drone), I will set up a communication medium entirely dedicated to your property;
  • Online presence and/or on paper: editing and publication of advertisements translated into English and Dutch, I make you benefit from my network of partners to multiply the platforms and increase the visibility of your property;
  • Personalized contact: I will submit the property to potential clients while taking into account their search criteria.

The photographs and the shots by drone are included in my service. The particular attention paid to the search criteria of my clients and my professional experience allow me to direct an acquisition project towards the appropriate property, allowing me to avoid as much as possible any visit without result. File transmission follow-up and appointment setting You will receive an information email after each transmission of the detailed description of your property to a potential client and I will contact you to arrange a date for our visit. You can of course attend the visit or not, at your convenience. Visit report After each visit, I come back to you for a report, in order to make a point on the progress of the visit and to describe the feeling of the customers. Follow-up of the transaction Within the framework of the transaction, I accompany the owner (seller) and the purchaser throughout the various stages:

  • action of the offer to purchase,
  • collection of all necessary documents (diagnosis, sanitation report, title deed, civil status …)
  • transmission of all the pieces of the file to the respective notaries for the drafting of the sales agreement,
  • Presence and assistance at the signing meeting and the notary’s office,
  • follow-up of the file, of the various notifications (in particular to the Safer),
  • Follow-up of the details and planning of the signing of the deed of sale.
